We think we need to change production and consumption habits. You don't need to buy a new product if you don't plan to use it a lot. And Picture should not manufacture products that will not be used a lot. Otherwise, textile products are just sleeping in closets :). Think about how many days of skiing / snowboarding / surfing you’ll do this year, if it’s less than 15 days, renting is the best low-carbon option!

Also, it's no more storage, washing, & maintenance on your end. We take care of everything!

Where is Picture's rental service available ?

Our service is available in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and the UK. 
UK orders: please note that you can't order to the UK. You have to select an address in the aforementioned countries (except UK) for delivery, use and returns. For any questions: info@picture-rental.com

Yes, of course. Hygiene is an important part of our rental service. All items are inspected, washed, and cleaned thanks to an Ozone treatment. Repairs happen if needed.

Can I rent for the entire winter season ? 

For an entire season, this probably means that you will use your jacket/pant a lot. In this case, we advise you to buy! We encourage renting for moderate use (less than 15 days) to avoid buying. There is nothing sadder than a garment that is bought but not used much!

You can rent it for as long as your trip lasts, minimum 2 days.

You are free to cancel your order up to 7 days before your scheduled travel date. You can contact us here. 

Please be aware that it will take few days for the refund to appear on your account.

Is this possible to extend my rental duration, after I received my order?

Yes, if your products are still available. You can contact our Customer Support here.

You can pick between standard shipping to your home, to another address (a hotel for example), to a relay point, or to one of our partners directly at the mountain resort. Check out the list of partners here

Can I modify my shipping address and/or my rental dates? 

It is always possible. You can directly contact our Customer Support here.

Shipping and return are free for every order.

Picture rental service offers standard shipping that takes between 1 and 2 days to arrive once the order has left our warehouse. You will receive your order 2 days prior to your selected travel date, to consider your preparation time before your departure.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Customer Support (here) and we will contact the shipping company to request a prompt delivery of your order. If the shipping company cannot deliver on time, you will be fully reimbursed.

You must send & return your items from the same country

Firstly, use the REPACK packaging you received. It is designed to be robust and reusable. If you have lost it, you can use a classic cardboard packaging, but it will be less practical!

Then, use the Colissimo return label already provided.

Finally, there are 3 ways to return your items : 

1 – You can drop off the package at a post office.

2 – You can drop off the package at a Colissimo relay point. Find your nearest relay point here : https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/trouver-un-point-d-envoi-de-colis-ou-de-retrait

3 – If your mailbox is big enough, you can leave your package in it. Simply inform Colissimo by clicking here: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/retourbal/formulaire / The postman will collect it .

NOTE: If you have been delivered to one of our partners in resort, you must absolutely bring back the package to the same partner.

How much time do I have to return my items?

You have 2 days after the last day of your trip to return your items, free of charge.

What happens if I don’t return the items?

You will receive a reminder email to return your items on the last day of your rental period. If you are not able to return it in the allowed time period, whatever the reason, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible (here). If you keep your items without buying them, you will automatically be charged the full retail price for the items.

How far in advance should I book my products?

Allow 6 working days for the preparation and delivery of your order. Make sure to rent your outfit at least 10 days before your event. Either way, you will receive your order 2 days before your selected travel date, to take into account the preparation time before your departure. 

I have lost the return label, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible here.

You don’t have to clean the items before the return. We sort, inspect, repair and clean every products after the return. Of course, you can clean them during the rental period if needed. Please read carefully the washing instructions of the product label.

I have damaged one or more items during my rental period. What can I do about it?

Accidents happen. Garments are made to be worn. Has the product been stained, damaged or punctured? Damage insurance is included in the price so that you will not be  charged extra. Do not attempt to remove stubborn stains or repair a hole. Once the items are returned, our experts will take care of it. If the item has been significantly damaged, contact Customer Service (here) and we will find a solution.

What if my product is stolen during my rental?

In this case, you will need to report it via your Mastercard, Visa or liability insurance.
